These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Social Sales Agent platform ("Service") operated by AI Social Sales Agent Inc. ("we", "us").

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass users, violate any social platform's terms, or break applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service connects to third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and their APIs may change or restrict functionality outside our control.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service. You retain all rights to your content and data.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
