• To provide and operate the Service, including AI classification and reply drafting.
• To process payments and send transactional email.
• To monitor, secure and improve the platform.

AI processing

Comment text and your configured business information may be sent to our AI provider solely to classify comments and generate reply drafts. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party models.

Data sharing

We share data only with subprocessors necessary to run the Service (hosting, payments, email, AI) under contract, or where required by law.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data by contacting us. You can disconnect any social account at any time, which revokes our stored tokens.

Security

Tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted and audit-logged.
